I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
I turn 50 in October of last year and recently I noticed that from my hips to my upper thighs have been gaining a lot of weight I am not doing anything different I don’t weigh myself however my clothes are feeling a little tighter and after listening to your Facebook live yesterday I think I’m ready to see what you can offer To help me is the menopausal issues that I’m dealing with. I know stress has a lot to do with it and since I’m “on stage” I feel very insecure of how I look. I’m just wondering what program you would suggest for me my monthly budget to be honest with you (I have four daughters two in college and twins that are entering their senior year in high school). $50 a month is probably the most I can afford at this time please let me know when we can talk live.
